Smudge mist/spray
Benefits:
Plants release negative ions, which can lower stress and blood pressure, improve sleep and aid in breathing. These ions also clear the air of pollutants, allergens, pet dander, and pollen. Positive ions are linked to lower levels of serotonin which has been found to be related to depression, the negative ions from plants help increase serotonin levels.

An abalone shell has traditionally been by Native Americans as a bowl for smudging, or burning herbs. Native Americans believed that using the combination of the shell and the herbs would assist with the delivery of the messages.
Abalone means the cycle of life, ancient travel, protection, connection to the ocean.
Abalone shells are also said to help with emotional trauma by bringing feelings of calmness, peace, compassion and love.
